课题组简介

光电子芯片与信息系统创新中心主要致力于研究和开发以光子和电子为信息载体的大规模集成芯片和信息系统,实现在各种尺度上的感知、互连和处理。主要研究方向包括数据中心光收发芯片和系统,微波光电子芯片与系统,硅基片上光放大器与激光器,硅基-传感/二维材料/非线性等新型器件。
