Recently, the results of the 2022 China Semiconductor Top 10 Research Progress Awards were announced, and the Center's "Microcavity optical comb-driven silicon-based optoelectronics system-on-chip" was nominated for the award.
Journal of Semiconductors first launched the "China's Top 10 Semiconductor Research Progress" in 2020, aiming to select and record China's annual landmark achievements in the field of semiconductor basic research. Over the past three years, the program has gained wide attention.
In 2022, a total of 55 achievements were nominated for the third "China's Top 10 Semiconductor Research Progress" award. In January 2023, the selection committee composed of 248 semiconductor experts selected 10 outstanding achievements to be honored as "China's Top 10 Research Progresses in Semiconductors" in 2022.
