He graduated from University of Electronic Science and Technology of China (UESC) in 2014 with a B.S. degree, and graduated from Peking University (Peking University) in 2019 with a Ph. D. degree from Peking University in 2019, and then worked as a postdoctoral researcher in the State Key Laboratory of Regional Optical Fiber Communication Networks and Novel Optical Communication Systems in the School of Electronics, Peking University, and was selected as one of the Peking University's Boya Postdoctoral Fellowship Program in 2021.
He is mainly engaged in the research work on on-chip optical computing systems and silicon-based photonic neural networks. He has published more than 20 SCI/EI articles in Nature Communications, Light :Science& Applications and other optical authoritative journals and related conferences, applied for 5 invention patents, and participated in the writing of the academic monograph "Silicon-based Optoelectronics (Second Edition)". As a project leader, he has presided over the youth program of National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC), the key program of NSFC (For Peking University), and the innovation program of Science and Technology Commission.
