北京大学博雅青年学者,电子学院信息与通信研究所研究员、助理教授、博导。北京邮电大学工学学士(2015),北京大学工学博士(2020),“博雅”博士后(2020,2022)。入选“博士后创新人才支持计划”(2020),国家重点研发计划青年项目负责人(2022),国家自然科学基金优秀青年基金获得者(2023)。
主要研究领域为硅基集成光电子信息系统,包括器件性能优化与系统架构设计等,应用方向为数据中心通信、微波/毫米波光子信号处理、高性能传感与计算等。近年来,在相关方向发表学术论文50余篇,其中以第一/通讯(共同)作者发表《Nature》,《Nature Photonics》,《Nature Communications》,《Science Advances》, 《Light:Science & Applications》等期刊论文和Optica/IEEE系列会议论文20余篇。成果入选中国光学十大进展、中国十大科技创新奖、中国光学十大社会影响力事件、中国半导体十大研究进展提名奖等。获2024年北京市科学技术奖自然科学一等奖(序2)。曾获第七届中国光学工程学会创新论文奖(2020),北京大学优秀博士后(2022),入选中国微波光子学学术新星(2022),中国光学工程学会PhotoniX Prize奖(2024)。
