To implement the national strategy of Strengthening the Workforce with Talented Professionals in the new era, support the building of a strong nation in science and technology, give full play to the Institute's role in discovering, training, and recommending talents, advance technological progress and innovation in the field of electronic information, promote the growth of young talents, and expand the membership of the Institute, the Chinese Institute of Electronics (CIE) conducted the 2025 CIE Outstanding Doctoral/Master's Thesis Incentive Program evaluation.

Through a rigorous selection process including preliminary review, initial evaluation, final evaluation, and public announcement, the doctoral dissertation titled " Key research on wideband and reconfigurable integrated microwave photonics devices " by Tao Zihan, a PhD candidate at the Center, was successfully selected for the program.
