方向简介

  针对国际上硅基光电集成发展的最新趋势,探索硅基-传感/二维材料/非线性等新结构、新材料的传输特性、偏振特性和电光响应特性;实现高性能、高效率、高集成度的硅基-传感/二维材料/非线性等新型器件。
