微波光电子芯片与系统

方向简介

面向卫星遥感、雷达、电子对抗等对微波光电子芯片的迫切需求,突破微波光电子学中高带宽调制、高响应度探测、高稳定滤波等关键技术,研制出集成的高稳定、低损耗微波光电子芯片与系统。
