Microwave photonic chips and systems

Introduction

Facing the urgent demand for microwave optoelectronic chips in satellite remote sensing system, radar, the electronic countermeasure, etc., the integrated microwave optoelectronic chips and systems with high stability and low loss have been developed to realize high bandwidth modulation, high responsiveness detection and high stability filtering in microwave optoelectronics.
