Optical transceiver chips and systems for data centers

Introduction

For the demand of multi-channel data transmission, based on advanced CMOS integration technology and silicon optical processing technology, we research on high-density multi-channel silicon-based photoelectric integration technology, and make breakthroughs in the design of key technologies such as multi-channel electro-optical transceiver, driver and cross-resistance amplifier. We are developing high-speed multi-channel silicon-based 100/400/1000Gb /s photoelectric integrated chip and system.
